Any use of the Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store stated herein.


Prices for Goods include Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store standard packaging and wrapping, in the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price.  The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.


Little Harbour Craft and Gift Store provides a secure payment system. Payments can be submitted online using PayPal which is securely protected by data encryption technology, the private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and Enrooted.


Little Harbour Crafts and Gifts Store will endeavour to despatch orders within 48hours of receipt (on week days only). This is generally to do with personalisation of many of the gifts).  Deliveries outside mainland UK and abroad will be subject to an individual postal tariff and 2-5 days depending on the destination.

For all delivery services we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  If your gift is not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will do our upmost to ensure that your gift is received as quickly as possible.

All deliveries require a signature in order to complete the delivery.  If the recipient is not at home on the first delivery attempt made by the carrier, then a second attempt at delivery will be made on the following working day.  If, again, the recipient is not at the stated address to receive their parcel, a card will be posted for the recipient, indicating delivery has been attempted and requesting the recipient to contact the depot through the telephone number on the card to arrange a more suitable time for delivery or to have the parcel taken to their local Post Office.  If there has been no response within 14 days Little Harbour will be notified of the situation. If Little Harbour is unable to rectify the problem, having tried to make contact with the Purchaser, then the Goods will be returned to Little Harbour Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods again at twice the original cost, since Little Harbour will have incurred a return charge by the carrier.


The Purchaser should inform Little Harbour immediately of any problems by Telephone +44(0)7505 521076 or Email littleharbourgifts@gmail.com  Complaints are taken very seriously by Little Harbour and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice.  We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Little Harbour on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone or email listed above. Operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 18:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday only.


If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Little Harbour within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to Little Harbour, 10 Old Castle Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8QB suitably packaged. Little Harbour will replace or refund the items concerned including shipping costs.


Little Harbour reserves the right to substitute any items included in pre-made or customised hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.


No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Little Harbour if the Goods contain alcohol.


Little Harbour will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch date. Little Harbour shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.


Little Harbour collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Little Harbour to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Little Harbour will not email marketing material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained.


All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of Little Harbour or its content providers.  As a visitor to the Little Harbour website you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Little Harbour prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
